Youth Fitness plays a fundamental role in the health of boys and girls of all ages and benefits the kids both physically and mentally. Pinnacle offers programs for kids and teens under the supervision of highly trained instructors. Our goal is to help kids have fun while improving their level of fitness.

TEEN TRX & RIP TRAINING

Ages 12-16

TRX Suspension Training uses body weight and bands to challenge participants from beginner to advanced. The class is specifically designed for the youth and led by certified Personal Trainer Anthony Kortekaas.

JR. RACQUETBALL INSTRUCTION

Learn to play racquetball (or sharpen your skills) in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Participants will develop eye/hand coordination, gross motor movements and increase their flexibility while having fun and burning energy. Rackets and balls will be provided by the club, players are required to supply and wear their own eye guards. Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to class. Children must be at least 7 years old to participate.


KIDS YOGA

Ages 4-12

You’ll see how Kids benefit from the practice of yoga and how it improves their overall well-being. Yoga will:

Yoga helps tweens and teens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment, and leaving them refreshed and ready for the outside world. Our tween and teen yoga class is held at the same time as an adults class so that parents and caregivers can take the class too!

KIDS ZUMBA

Ages 4-12

Zumba classes are high-energy fitness parties for children ages 4-12. Packed with specially choreographed routines and the latest music, like hip-hop, reggaeton, and cumbia, Zumbatomic classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. Zumba classes make getting fit a fun experience for your kids!

Ages 10-13

Work on drills to improve speed, agility, and, quickness, incorporating games, and friendly competition. We will work on  building good running form and confidence.

TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Teen Strength & Conditioning | Ages 13 - 15 

Improve overall athleticism through drills that involve speed, mobility, footwork, balance, power, strength, and conditioning. We’ll test for a baseline of speed, strength, agility, and power and retest after 10 weeks to see the improvement.
